Default Control lighting and colors in my scenes - 11-08-2007, 11:07 AM

I have published a new free online tutorial at http://www.dickbaldwin.com/alice/Alice0200.htm that will teach you how to use emissive color, ambient light, the default light, one or more directional lights, one or more light bulbs, and one or more spot lights to illuminate your Alice worlds. You will also learn how to use shading, color, and specular reflection in your illumination schemes, as well as how to create shadows.

All of the .a2w worlds discussed in the lesson are available for downloading and execution on your computer (see http://www.dickbaldwin.com/alice/Ali....htm#Resources)

You may be surprised at some of the interesting effects that you can create by using custom illumination and custom colors in your scenes.
