hit detection for a tank

Exclamation hit detection for a tank - 11-29-2010, 10:15 AM

i cant get the tank shell to destroy the boxcar because the hitdetection sucks or im stupid...help

Fixed it up, should work now, cause it does for me. Yes the hit detection isn't the greatest, the detection which it detects the hit detection from is the pivot point, or the objects actual center, which for this case its its base. So i just made it if its within the proximity of its height for it to work. Plus i mingled around with some other codes, but yeah, here you go.

thanks but im trying to make a template for a hit detection system. as in, i need the user to be able to fire wherever, not just to the target. thx tho
