You'd need to animate them. Click the "add objects" button to get more comprehensive object manipulating controls (you can see them in the upper-right part of the screen), then click the "move subparts" check box so you can move the characters' subparts and get them into the dancing poses you want. When they're in those poses, click the "capture pose" button under the properties menu. You can now set the character's pose to that pose by dragging the set pose to method onto the scripting area and selecting the new pose. (Be sure to capture the character's starting pose before you start moving the subparts so you don't have to find it again when you're done)
