Default Alice Graphics - 10-09-2008, 11:35 PM

Why are the graphics in Alice so horrible? It's cool that there is stuff, but like the roads, they are so pixely and blurry even at original size. Also textures for vehicles, you can barely make out what it is.

How do you get around this for better graphics? Any possible way.

There is always a visual quality versus execution speed tradeoff, and most of Alice's graphics were originally made to run on machines a couple of generations older than current models.

You can put your own higher resolution textures on models - but this can sometimes be a bit tricky, plus you obviously have to make your own textures. You can extract an existing texture (from the .a2c file) as a starting point
