Rotating Tires on a Car or Truck

I am looking for some help on Chapter 6-1 Exercise2.
The exercise is rotating tires on a car or truck. I have the tires rotating and moving forward but unable to attach the car to move forward with the tires. If someone can help me I would appreciate all your help. I have attached the code that I have so far.
