Default Creating a game, need helping going back to the first scene - 10-19-2010, 06:52 PM

I am creating a game for class and in it the users are to click on objects to take them to another scene. They are supposed to be able to click on an object to go back to the home page. The object my partner and I chose was Alice Character. They are to click on alice and go back to Scene 1. We have selected that in the method part of the program but is still not working. Any ideas on what to do?

Could you post what you have so far?

Also, which version of Alice are you using?
I use 2.2, and it may be different in Storytelling Alice, which I've probably used once for 1-2 minutes.

In 2.2, you'd create a dummy object at the camera position you want, and then "When mouse is clicked on <Alice>, camera set point of view to <dummy>"

My group partner is working on the "game" on another computer but when I can upload it I will. We are using Storytelling Alice..

Hmm, I'll have to see about Storytelling vs. 2.2 compatibility...

I'm trying to upload my alice project to you so you can see it and help but it isnt allowing me to, says there are security reasons. Is there another way I can do this thru the forum or maybe your email? Thanks so much for helping!

The surefire way is to make an account on megaupload or mediafire and post your world there. Then just give us the url to download it from in the forum.
