Signups for an up and coming Mech game called HAWKEN based on CryEngine 3 opened today. The closed beta itself opens 12/12/12. Perhaps for simplicity of date.

Get three to sign up and you get to reserve your callsign. I don't think anyone would steal my name (You would have to be psychotic to use this name) but I'd like to anyways.

Yah, I remember when this game was announced. It is pretty cool, and it's like an updated version of Lost Planet (Which was one of my favorite games back in the day).
