Loop Timer

I need to make a timer that counts how many loops have occurred in a program and i need a step by step tutorial. I need an answer ASAP. Thanks.

Loop tiles are at the bottom, drag one on to the yellow part of the screen.

Set the loop to something like 10. Doesn't matter, really.

Click the world item on the left of the screen. Click the properties tab in the center-left. Click the "Create variable" button. Make a new number variable called "inc."

Drag the inc tile into the loop. Select "increment by 1" from the list that pops up.

Make a new 3d text object.

Click the properties tab for the 3d text object. Drag the text property to the loop.

There's only a few things left to do from there. See if you can figure it out.

No? i need a step by step. this didn't work. i don not KNOW how to set the 3d object to count ive been trying for 3 hours.
