That comes from using several "expensive" objects. Try accessing the web gallery of objects and look at the medieval section. You'll notice that one of the dragons takes 308kb (not so bad), one takes 740kb (bigger, but still tolerable), and one takes a massive 1614kb (nearly 2mb, which is enormous for one object). You could try looking at each object in the online gallery to see how much memory it takes, then seeing if you can replace large objects with small ones. You could also try reusing objects which are already in the world instead of adding new ones (for example, you could have one or two of each dragon, then have them change colors and re-appear in different locations to represent different characters).
Streamlining the code helps too, but only a little. If you're trying to save every last byte, try going through your code and seeing if there are repetitive commands that can be converted to loops, or actions which can be combined.
