Default Pianohelper1.0 - 04-07-2011, 09:13 PM

This is a little side project that I have worked on for a few hours, I recorded all the sounds myself, (yes, I do play the piano)

TO play the keys use:q,w,e,r,t,y,u,i,o,p,h,j,k,l

To also listen to the demo, just click the button and enjoy the exerpt from clocks by coldplay that I played

Let me know what you think of this, if i get enough feed back, ill fine tune this and try to make a even more fluid piano where you can also play sharps instead of just the ivorys lol

I love this. I actually tried doing the exact same thing. I got the piano, but, I couldnt get the sounds for the keys. This is sweet, except the notes on Clocks was off a bit in the end

Yeah i know, i tried getting the timing as close as i could, but everytime i brought up the world to see how close the notes were, it kept changing(if you have any idea why this would be,i would appreciate some info on that), so i just left it the best i could, and if you want, i recorded my own sounds, i could record every key if you want and put it in a world for you?

I use a program called audacity, it is free, and you just have to download a plugin which is also free so you can export the sounds as a mp3, or you can just record using alice, because i used that before, and it worked just as well, but i like using audacity because it allows you to edit the sounds
