Emulators?

I was just wondering: aren't emulators like jnes or virtualboy kind or illegal. The companies who made the games aren't making a profit.

Emulators are legal.

ROMs (the games themselves), on the other hand, are illegal unless you own a copy of the game. You're probably not going to be raided by the FBI for downloading ROMs, but it's best to buy a copy of the game to show support for the developers. After all, that's how they feed their family.

Lastly, linking to ROMs or emulators or telling other people how to get them on a forum is the third easiest way to get banned forever. So don't do it.
