Tic tac toe- Game win

I want to know how to make it so in a tic tac toe game when the game is won it shows 3d text saying player has won. I already have the text and the board set up just need to know how to display it.

O.o Did you not see my thread I have made just a few hours ago where I have completed an entire Tic-Tac-Toe game? Yea I just made a tic-tac-toe game, so unless you are doing it for a project or something, you can just use mine.
