A new project... (AliceCP)

This is AliceCP, it's one of those cool make-a-computer-in-Alice type things.

So far there's not much in it, but I'm working on it, people!

Current features:
+A command line to run different programs.
+Display feature that currently only changes the color of the bar.
+Clock.
+A notepad that saves one message.
+Name input.
+A Start menu with nothing on it.
+Shut down/Start up.

This is like my Windows. The shut down doesnt work, it just comes up with the start window not a end program.
