Could Alice3 be used to make a game like Sim Safari or Zoo Tycoon?

I downloaded Alice3 because then I did not know it did not have a tutorial. Would earlier tutorials be good enough for a beginner? I have never been able to learn programming despite that I am an AI enthusiast since 1978. I want a program to be made that does ecological farming simulation and that can accept AI interactivity.
