In the same world create a function on the world called is_leap_year that returns true if the current year is a leap year and false otherwise. Have the kangarooRobot say if it is a leap year or not before the game starts. There is an algorithm for calculating if a year is a leap year or not on this Wikipedia page, but remeber that there were no leap years before 1582.
