Default What does Invalid MS-DOS function mean? Image attached - 07-07-2010, 05:45 PM

I keep getting this message every time I try to copy Alice from the CD that came with the textbook to my computer. What does it mean? Is it important? And do I need it for Alice to work?

I am running Windows Vista 64-bit. Thanks so much!!

Alice disks have never been very kind to me or other people on the support forums. I recommend downloading Alice from the website:

'Apple Macintosh' - An anagram of 'Complaints Heap'

M.A.C.I.N.T.O.S.H. - Machine Always Crashes, If Not, The Operating System Hangs.

You're *such* a mac person.

Thanks - I ended up getting it to install properly - I don't know what I did - but after 5 times or so - it worked. I did restart my computer a couple times - so maybe that was it..

DOS and Alice are two things that don't work well together some times.
