'Ok so I am taking this class dealing with Alice, BUT it is NOTHING pertaininy major at all? Is there anyone out there who is using Alice that can help me? Again I am willing to pay $10 for each assignment There is about 10 weeks of an assignment each week? Well, I will make the following observations:

1. Alice is relevant to IT in that it is a gentle introduction to Programming. An IT person that can not write scripts, modify scripts ... is at a huge disadvantage.
2. Alice is used by Junior High (Middle School) students to begin using programming, so a college is not expecting too much by expecting you to figure it out.
3. Although it is not discussed much, jobs in IT require a certain amount of moral rectitude. You have access to information that can seriously affect a person or company. In light of your request, which I am sure would not be looked on favorably by any institution, I would ask you to examine your chosen path. Maybe a switch to marketing or janitorial services is in order.
4. If you are going for a liberal arts degree, many of the requirements do not apply directly to your degree yet they have value in and of themselves.

Suck it up, do the work yourself and stop looking for an "easy" way out.
