Talking Getting Loopy - 07-18-2013, 12:57 PM

Well this Lab was actually kinda fun, I enjoyed it, and the experience from the previous Assignment actually helped with this one, the only problem that I had was tying to get the "yes or no" to work, then I figured out that you could use a Boolean to ask for it. Put most of my work in a loop, and then set the number of revolutions to = the number of spins the user asked for so that it would slow down, and wala, IT WORKS!!!! ;-)

So you created a boolean variable for your yes or no? Did you ask the user to enter the string "yes", or did you do the yes or no buttons?

I was going to do the yes or no buttons, but it seemed from the instructions that Professor X wants us to use the string. I set mine to loop while my variable equals yes, Yes, or YES.

Setting the yes or no with buttons...Great idea, Jason. However, I think you're right on what Prof. X wants to see with string variables. With your input it just proves that with more sets of eyes, it sure can bring a lot of enhancements to coding!
