Why don't I like Final Fantasy?

Mostly the fanboyism of the Final Fans before me. It scared me how weirdly devoted everybody was to this RPG. Bandwagons typically repel me.

I Pretty much play everything...

Halo: Reach (Frequently)
COD (Sometimes)
BF BC2 (Sometimes)
RockBand (Occasionally at least until #3 comes out)
Unreal series (Best PC games and Mods)

all Valve games, especially Half Life (Off and On)
Combat Arms (Occasionally)
Mass Effect 2 (Occasionally)
Sims (Occasionally)

And i've played so many more...

Meh.

I don't often finish RPGs anyway. Golden Sun was an excellent game with loads of fun stuff in it, and I still have two incomplete save files for it.
