I agree with you. Anyways, I really don't help out Alice community anymore partly because I have moved on to other programming languages such as CSS and PHP.

Do you mean that you will soon retire from the Alice Forums and move on? If so, than I will feel

because when I had signed up, you were one of the very first members I met. You should become like Arty-FishL, who is still making programs on Alice, is helping people, yet has the ability to move on to something more advanced.

Daivd, I am doing Java script right now and moving on to Visual Basic, but I still help out people in the community. Dubastot can move one.

Meh, I would say I am helping people, but Jedi probably does it more. I still do Alice stuff sometimes, but I primarily do HTML/python/CSS stuff now, but what I do is still related to Alice.

Even I don't spend that much time with Alice anymore. I've moved on to Java and Actionscript and PHP and such. I still enjoy coming here to help people because I believe that Alice has helped me get my foot into the programming and computer science field.

I completely agree with you. Without Alice I probably would have started coding, got stuck and then continued to fail dismally.

For an example of my further work take a look at this page; its my first ever webpage featuring CSS, its a WIP though, and Im quite proud of it - it uses HTML, CSS, javascript (and CGI) and the rest of the AODb uses python and CGI. I wrote it from scratch using no graphical programs (no WYSIWYG editors).
