Default Ring Toss - 11-07-2011, 06:53 AM

I am having the hardest time figuring out how to track which rings are caught and which ones aren't (chapter 4, exercise 4.9). Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried using a function to measure the rings distance to the target?

Yes, I think I have it framed right, but I am missing a step. I have tried every function possible, but it is still not registering when the ring "misses" the cone. I have attached the program, I just need to figure out what step I am missing. Any suggestion are appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
