Default Increasing Map Size - 11-03-2012, 05:17 PM

Hi everyone I recently started making a flight simulation game but I'm having some trouble. I wanted to know if there's any way to have a bigger world because my plane can go from one side of the map to the other after just a minute of playing the game.

The world size is theoretically infinite, but the size of the ground is not, so you can:
  • Resize the ground and make it much bigger, but this will resize its texture too.
  • Tile more ground objects around the edges of the original ground.
  • Slow down the speed of the plane.
  • Make the plane automatically turn around when it reaches the edge.
  • Make the plane teleport to the opposite side when it reaches an edge.
  • Have consequences if you stray too far from the centre.
