I have a cloud texture I want to use, but it's a white on black texture, and I don't have photoshop or anything that could make the black part clear, so if anyone has a photo editor, than could they please fix this for me?

You can download a free program called GIMP that can be used to add transparency.

Here, I duotoned it to just black and white, to eliminate those black edges and then done transparency, plus I made a negative. I don't know if this is any better quality?

EDIT - oh, there is 2 pictures attached below, they're just hard to see because they're white and transparent. Highlight it and you will see.
