event enabled

I run into a program that has the following code:

While both world.event.isEnabled and world.event2.isEnabled is true
...

I would like to know how world.event.isEnabled was accessed?

event and event2 are not objects that show on the world tree and
they are not methods or functions either

Any help?

Where did you run across this?

I suspect it is just a statement of an initial condition - don't know of any case this wouldn't be true - or of anyway to access and set "is enabled" .
