Surely you can do a more helpful reply than that to a newcomer?
Yes, there are questions that would need asking, such as:
What 3D modelling pakages do you have access to?
Do you have any experience in 3D modelling?
Did you plan te download objects from somewhere and import them?
I don't really know the answers to this, or what good search terms might be. But it does look like it is possible to do from the Beta version of Blender, which has the major advantage that it is Free Software. Here is a tutorial for Blender 2.5 export to ASE

The disadvantage of that approach is that blender is farly intimidating to the newcomer. I have only skimmed the first part of the tutorial, and cannot comment on its difficulty.
