User input Issue With Names

There is obviously something simple im missing here but i cant seem to find a way to get Alice to ask "what is your name?"

Basically im trying to get the user to enter their name and save it in a variable.

the only options i have to choose from in the ask user section is to ask for a number, yes or no or a string.

and number is the only one it allows me to place.
