The bottom of my post has no edit timestamp, meaning it was that way when I first posted it. That's how you tell edits from misquotes.

Well ... technically that isn't true. You, being X the super moderator, actually have the ability to edit without trace - if I'm not mistaken. This therefore leads me to be unsure of what you actually said, given that what you just told us was untrue (I think), but that doesn't matter.

What matters is that, if the post did originally curse, it was changed pretty quickly - maybe due to a nice calm down after a surge of anger.

Nope. My edits all have timestamps. The timestamps allow me to view previous versions of the post and compare them.

The only way there isn't a timestamp is if you edit it again within about a minute of posting.

Also, when's the last time I cursed on the forums?

I don't doubt you at all. I was just sure you could; I'm sure you had an episode where you went sneaking around editing our posts like a ghost, waiting for that galeanthropic moment when we noticed something was wrong, but there was no proof.
