Chapter 4, Exercise 7, Roman Numeral Translator

I'm having a really hard time with this problem. I don't want someone to do it for me, but I'm not sure if I should use a Loop, If or While statement for the translation portion of the program. I'm also wondering if my approach to have a seperate line for each number is necessary or if there is a way to have the user entered number variable be translated. I need a "When" statement but of course we haven't covered anything like that.

My current file is attached, but it's pretty much a mess since I've been trying different options.

Enough babbling on my part. Any guidance is appreciated.
