strumming guitar, make notes, recursion

A couple questions, any ideas appreciated

For an assignment I have to use recursion. I have a girl strumming a guitar and I would like to make it so the girl strums as long as music is being played, can this be done with recursion? (I thought an if/else where it is checked to see if music is played then the girl would strum and that would be repeated by calling the method again.) When I do this the girl just keeps strumming even after music is done.

Second. I have a list of speakers and I want it to look like music notes are coming out of them. I thought using "think" bubbles coming from speakers could work. I tried pasting music notes from Word into the Think method but when I play the world I just get jibberish, not notes.

Any ideas?
