ZIP file issue

Ok, trying to install and use in a school environment.

We are using Windows XP, SP3. We are using Novell-delivered Application window to deliver apps. WHen I try and run Alice with a student account, I get a "trying to run from a zip file error". I have extracted the software using an admin account and placed it directly at C. When using an admin account it works fine, just when we using a limited student account. The limits should not effect the opening of the file. As far as I can tell, no files within the Alice folder is still zipped. Any ideas?

Definitely noticed issues with the downloads of alice and storytelling on two machines running xp sp2. At the end of the download when windows copies the file over from where it's been temporarily stored, explorer does not respond for several minutes.
