1. Diversity of Citizenship

After getting paralyzed, Babs developed her computer skills further and Oracle was born. There's actually an Oracle: Year One short story. I think it appeared in an issue of Gotham knights or Legends of the Dark knight, forget which.

She was smart, and when she got paralized, she studied computers and got smarter, and the oracle sorta just happened from that.

33. Not exactly sure what one specific thing, so:
Vanderbilt worked for Gibbons and then became a steamboat entreprenuer
Vanderbilt then switched to ocean-faring steamboats when the California Gold Rush started
Vanderbilt then restored and maintained a reailroad empire of his own
He then created the New York and Hudson River Railroads, which is what i think you were asking for
He then a had a university named in his honor
