Cheaters?

Hi:

I'm using Alice to teach introductory animation.
I'm getting assignments that look suspiciously similar and was wondering if there was some kind of file property I could use to definitively check for duplicates?
File creation date/time works well in Office files as a kind of file "fingerprint", is there something similarly unique for .a2w files?

Any help would be appreciated,
