Default Full-control dojo - 04-10-2012, 01:45 PM

With the same mechanics and pure mindless excitement of Full Control Battle, comes Full Control Dojo! Now you can play with full control against a friend!

(Two player versus only)
You've entered a japanese tournament for whom can wield the naginata best. You've reached the final battle, against..... Well, whoever seems to want to play with you. Have fun.
WASD to control the left naginata, Arrows for the right.
Each player has twenty health points. Strike the center of the enemy naginata to decrement his health points. Whoever runs out of health points first falls off the screen and loses. Only in 1.1: Press Enter to thrust the right naginata, Space for the left. Striking the enemy with the blunt end of your naginata will temporarily stun him.

Cool, I like it. The first full control had dificult controls but in this one they are much easier. Good job.

Pros:

Health System

Cons:

No Sound
No Defense
Graphically Dull
Off Collision

This doesn't seem like a finished game. It could go far if the game just had more to it. There is no sound, no blocking and all you do is spin your stick around until the other player dies. The background isn't very impressive either. There is no menu either. You just start the game and fight. Even though the menu isn't needed all that much, it brings the score up for a game, and even makes the game feel a bit more professional.

In Summary, this game needs more work until it can be counted as finished.

Meh. This wasn't meant to be such an extravaganza, it was just something I woke up and coded because I was bored. People said it was fun, so I posted.
I could've added more, though. Could you review it again when I make an update?
EDIT: The dojo has two added game mechanics.
1. Stunning the opponent temporarily
2. Thrusting instead of just twirling

Sure. The review was meant to tell you what should be changed.

Thanks. I'll try to add more mechanics so it will be less of a minigame.
