Default How do I make an Alice object pick up a cookie? - 09-24-2010, 04:06 PM

For a class assignment, I have to make the tortoise object pick up a cookie that's on a stool. I can't find a command under Left Arm that could do it.
Thanks for the help

Well the thing is that you have to create your own animation for picking up the cookie. To create a new method of animation click on the object's name in the objects box in the upper left, then go down to its methods and click <create new method> then experiment with his movements until you find it meeting your cookie grabbing needs. Let me know if this helps.

Yes. You have to create a method to do it. A lot of Alice characters dont have pre animated animations. to make the cookie stick to the arm when its in the hand. in the properties of the cookie after th arm moves to the cookie. Drag the set vehicle to function into the method and it should work
