I am wanting to create a Batman game, so if anyone could convert this batman model thanks

Not possible. At least, not unless you want Batman to look like Marvel's Jigsaw. He's too toned. If I do anything, it'd look similar to Teen Titan's Cyborg every time his arm breaks. I also find it a bit silly that whoever decided to upload that model went and uploaded it in bits and pieces. It's missing a lot of items.

It can. You just have to separate it into pieces of 10,000 polys or less. The batman model is only 20,000 tris/10,000 polys.
