Default Programming Logic & Design, Winter Term - 12-15-2012, 01:58 PM

I'm new to Alice. My professor wanted us to check out this forum. Our first assignment was to create a bunny that moves to the center and talks. It was pretty fun. Thanks for reading.

Default Assignment 2 - 12-16-2012, 06:17 PM

I picked PP 1.10. This is where you make a helicopter lift from the ground and fly in a circle and then land. I was relieved that the method to have the copter's bland spin was already in the class, so I used it. I then used trial and error to get the helicopter to move in the right directions, going up and then doing one wide spin. I had to figure out that you had to move the copter forward and turn left at the same time to get a circular motion. I was satisfied with my end result.

Default Assignment 4 - 12-21-2012, 12:36 AM

I successfully created an Astronaut that sang a song and did jumps of varying height. I would say the biggest challenge was finding that the random generator was actually under the function tab of world and not of the other objects.

Default Lab 2 - 12-26-2012, 08:27 PM

I enjoyed doing this lab. Various loops and control statements were utilized. On a prior assignment I had an object fly in circles, so I was able to reuse what I learned there.
