the way I do that is (and I'm sure there is a better way)

1. Make a object variable.
2. Put all the buildings, cars, etc. Anything you don't want to drive through.
3. Make "if/else" statement.
4. say if "my car" is within "x meters" of "random object in "variable""
5. Then car move backward "x" meters in "0" seconds.

hope it helps. If you have any questions about it just pm me

Unfortunately, what you are talking about, collisions, are very hard to accomplish with Alice, and aside from what Dakota just said, there is really no easier way, and it can get very tedious and not work very well even then. Here's one of the things someone came up with, you may be able to implement it into your game

I have plenty of common sense. I just choose to ignore it.
