HELP with my alarm clock!!

ok for my clock method, i have an if else statement that says, if world.second is < 9, text join with 0, so for example instead of showing 8 as seconds it will show 08, but if it hit zero, it just shows 0, not 00, like i want, how do i fix this??? the if else satement is located at the bottom of my clock method under world
