Lot of trouble with random movement, need help as soon as possible :)!

I'm trying to make a game using a list. I have a skateboarder and I want her to move, following a road.
I want objects to randomly move across the road to make it difficult to get through.
The list is the objects I'm having randomly move.
How do I get the objects to not move past the screen and off the road?
I had it set to RandomObjectList move forward 5 meters, but sometimes they'll go off the screen and completely away from the road.
