ARGHH! Can't load world!

I spent hours working on this! It's due tomorrow, so I guess I'm screwed, but I'd like to know what happened.

There were no errors while writing and testing it. There were no errors while saving it. When I tried to load it this evening to finish it up, it won't load.

All backup copies won't load either (appears to be same error).

Thanks to anyone who can help.
