How to score with two seperate texts. Please help!

I need help with my project. So far I have two different scores. If one flag is clicked on the score will go up by the increment of one(using text of course) and vise versa with the other flag. I set up a variable for each flag, but everytime I click on one flag the text will keep adding up, no matter what flag I click on. Can someone help me with this? Or, at least try it for yourself and resend it back to me. I would greatly appreciate it.
