Sound File Problem

I am trying to work with Alice, but I have a feeling she doesn't like me. I am getting an error that says the following. PLEASE HELP!

What kid of sound do you have? As far as I know, Alice can only use .mp3 and .wav.

It appears to say you need to change the encoding. I'd recommend wave-pad sound editor, it can change every single sound format I can think of.
