Default Importing objects. (already alice) - 07-27-2009, 02:07 PM

I have read multiple topics about importing but I haven't found one that addresses my problem.

I downloaded Storytelling Alice and wanted to be able to use them in 2.2. I already put them in the gallery but when I drop the object into the world I get this message.

Unable to load world

Apparently it's saying that the class of the object you're trying to import is not found.

I've never actually tried importing other models into Alice, so I don't really know much into this area.

Probably it can't be done - at least easily. The Storytelling Alice model methods seem to be included in the model files in a format Alice 2.x can't read.

That's too bad. I guess I can still use the scenery.
