Right, well I cant work on anything right now because I just bought Little Big Planet 2 and Killzone 3, plus I have other stuff to do, but it should be possible.

Another couple of things that could maybe also work on the same principle:
(these would all be in a little drop down extras menu below the download button)

- The option to, instead of downloading a whole world, just download objects from inside of it. A bonus feature to this is it would be useful for uploading a world that is just for objects (ie - how people usually post objects on the forums, inside a world)

- The option to, instead of downloading a whole world or object, just download textures or audio from inside of it.

These could all be viewable like I described the way packages and collections would be viewable in my previous post.

Also maybe:
Online tools, select a world from file, download end product.

- Script editor, for editing jython scripts.

- Model, texture, audio extractor.

- Attribute editor.

etc.

I thought I would just update on what I am doing (and what Im not):

Im otherwise busy right now, so I cant really do much to the AODb right now, but I had a little time today to start the refurbished home page I posted about earlier on.

I forgot to reply properly to you dubastot and David B on that, so thanks for the suggestions and kind offers - but I just decided to raw code it - using HTML, CSS and images.

This is what I've done today, not much yet, but you can see it should turn out pretty much exactly how I wanted it in the end:

new home page preview (in development)

I am using Firefox and haven't tested it elsewhere, but all should work (sorry, there's nothing exciting and interactive yet anyway).

Thanks for your input, this stupid browser compatibility thing is annoying. I'm guessing you either use IE or Firefox 3.6* or lower then and you have javascript turned on.

Work on the AODb is about as fast as work on Alice 3 (which I can tell you is certainly not fast), so that's why this is kind of rubbish right now, but anyway...

Latest thing - SARS - I've developed a simple rating system for Alice which I will be fully implementing some time soon. I will rate everything in the database and a rating will then be visible for it all just to help you.

Ive invented SARS because Im British and I haven't got a clue about the ESRB (we have the BBFC or PEGI here), Alice is completely different and these worlds arent being officially rated by the ESRB or BBFC or PEGI so shouldnt be given a rating of those types.

I think my system is informative and easy to understand.

Thankyou very much for your feedback. Those questions are outdated and irrelevant now, as I've fixed most of the issues surrounding them. The thing that did interest me was the sidebar and the page being too wide to fully fit, these are huge issues. The error messages are just there because I haven't built that section yet.
