Speed control fan

Ok i'am fairly new at Alice so this is a really hard project (maybe not for you) for me, its the "speed control", its basically using a fan and using different speeds for the blades, and I've seriously tried everything Ive been told to do and even looked at some other threads to help, well I put on an attachment, its from very scratch when I started because I want someone to view and tell some steps and didnt want all this useless methods and junk I attempted, so please please please help me, I've seriously lost all hope of doing this by myself help, tips, anything...
