Calculate Average...

I have to do project 4.6 in the book Alice in Action with Java. Its to make a world with a person who can calculate an average and every time the user enters a number, the person says it back to the user. During this, the person has to calculate the average of all the numbers and then the user enters a "special number" (in my case, its 58) and then the loop stops and gives the answer.

The attachment is what I have so far... But it won't allow me to put nextNumber in for what the sheriff is saying. I also just don't know where to go from here or if my calculating part is even close to correct. :/
