Default Making things wider - 12-19-2008, 04:33 PM

I specifically remember making something when I was learning to use alice. The assignment was to make a car inchworm across the screen by making itself flatter and moving and then becoming wider again. The thing is that forget how to make things wider in the world. Is there a way to do this in the preview box or can this only be done in the world once you press play?

As far as I know, you can't selectively resize in a specific dimension in the preview mode, though that would be nice.

you did get the post DrJim put up on the infiltration 2 thread right? The one about how to resize one dimension? It actually makes me wonder if you can do it outside of a method.
